I. PRIVATE HOST PROPERTY BRIEFING

Cards & Clubs is evaluating a select group of premier golf resorts and destination properties to host the inaugural Cards & Clubs Invitational in Q1 2027.

Cards & Clubs is a private, invitation-only destination experience bringing together leaders from business, professional golf, poker, sports and entertainment for two days of competition, hospitality and connection.

The experience moves from the golf course to the final table—combining team golf, poker, premium dining and hospitality within a highly curated guest environment.

III. THE HOST OPPORTUNITY

We believe the host property should be more than the place where Cards & Clubs happens. It should become part of the identity of the inaugural experience.

We are seeking a property capable of delivering premium accommodations, exceptional golf, distinctive private event environments, elevated food and beverage, and the level of service appropriate for a curated audience of business leaders, athletes, talent, partners and invited guests.

Our preliminary planning anticipates approximately 50–76 guestrooms per program night, with final requirements dependent on the composition of the inaugural field.

IV. 2027 DATES UNDER CONSIDERATION

Preferred: January 11–13, 2027

We also have flexibility for January 12–14 or January 13–15 and are currently evaluating properties in Scottsdale, Palm Beach/Jupiter and Orlando.

Additional market-specific windows under consideration:

Palm Beach/Jupiter: February 15–17
Orlando: March 22–24

Properties are also welcome to recommend a nearby date that would allow for a materially stronger overall host solution.

V. PROPERTY RESPONSE

We invite your team to provide preliminary information regarding availability, accommodations, golf, event environments, economics and potential host-property considerations.
